West Chester University Concurrent Associate and Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing Option
Earn your Associate in Applied Science and your Bachelor of Science in Nursing at the same time! Traditionally, students must complete an undergraduate nursing program and be licensed as a registered nurse prior to enrolling in a BSN program. This new agreement allows qualified students to complete both the AASN and BSN in just 24-30 months. Take in-person classes at the College, paired with online BSN courses through WCU.

PUBLIC NOTICE OF UPCOMING ACCREDITATION REVIEW VISIT BY THE ACEN
(Delaware and Chester Counties, PA)—Delaware County Community College wishes to announce that it will host a site visit for continuing accreditation of its associate degree nursing program by the Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN).
You are invited to meet with the site visit team and share your comments about the program in person at a meeting scheduled at 9 a.m. on Wednesday, February 26 on the College’s Marple Campus (901 South Media Line Road, Media PA 19063) in the STEM Building’s Small Auditorium

The Pennsylvania State Board of Nursing
Delaware County Community College has been approved by the Pennsylvania State Board of Nursing since 1968. Full approval is based on pass rates for first-time takers of the National Council Licensure Examination (NCLEX-RN). The PA State Board of Nursing requires that all nursing programs maintain an 80% or higher overall pass rate for first time examinees.
