Culinary Arts Open House 11/14
(Delaware and Chester Counties, PA • October 19, 2018)—Are you interested in a career in culinary arts? Don’t miss your chance to get a flavor for the field at Delaware County Community College’s Culinary Arts Open House on Wednesday, November 14 from 6 to 8 p.m. The event is free and open to the public and will be held in the cafeteria at the College’s Brandywine Campus, located within the Technical College High School at 443-455 Boot Road, Downingtown, PA 19355.
Attendees will have a chance to meet program director Chef Peter Gilmore, enjoy a guided tour of the state-of-the-art kitchen, learn about the associate degree and certificate programs and how to apply and pay for the program. Light refreshments will be served.
The College’s Culinary Arts program is offered in both Chester County, at the Brandywine Campus, and in Delaware County at Widener University through a special partnership. Students can choose to pursue an associate degree or a certificate. Students benefit from hands-on training, academic courses and an optional internship.
