American Red Cross Blood Drive on January 28
(Delaware and Chester Counties, PA • January 5, 2015)—The Wellness Center at Delaware County Community College is sponsoring an American Red Cross Blood Drive on Wednesday, January 28 from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. at the Marple Campus (901 South Media Line Road, Media, PA).
Blood donors of all types are always needed. Your blood donation can make the difference between an adequate supply and a shortage. Only 38 percent of Americans are eligible to donate blood and of those only eight percent do, which amounts to about three out of every 100 people. By donating, you will truly have an impact.
Donations will take place in the Blood Mobile, which will be stationed in Staff Parking Lot #2. Donors must first check in the STEM Center lobby. The College is handicap accessible with limited parking. Please call in advance to make arrangements.
