New Choices Program Announces Upcoming Sessions
(Delaware and Chester Counties, PA • February 23, 2015)—The winter session of Delaware County Community College’s New Choices Career Development program is well underway with 18 new clients. On January 20, alumni from previous sessions visit current participants to share their New Choices experience.
For more than 32 years, the program has provided support and direction to thousands of area residents. New Choices is a FREE (for those who are eligible) career exploration and job re-entry program that provides individual and group support, career planning workshops, employer contacts, networking opportunities, resume writing, interviewing techniques and basic computer skills. Classes and workshops are designed to build self-confidence and awareness.
Applications are now being accepted for sessions beginning in March as well as a three-week mini-session in June.
