College to Host Spring Open House April 8
(Delaware and Chester Counties, PA • March 20, 2015)—Join us for our Spring Open House on Wednesday, April 8, 2015, starting at 6 p.m. in the Large Auditorium in the Academic Building on the Marple Campus (901 S. Media Line Road, Media). Prospective students considering enrolling at any one of Delaware County Community College’s nine locations are invited to attend to learn about all that the College has to offer.
You can get your education off to a great start by learning about programs, services and opportunities available to all Delaware County Community College students. Admissions staff, including a Spanish-speaking representative, will be on hand to answer questions and guide you through the application process. You’ll also learn how to:
- Pay for college
- Transfer credits easily and afford a bachelor's degree
- Get involved in athletics and other student activities
- Link programs of study to careers in the region
- Save money and earn college credit as a dual enrollment high school student
The College has nine convenient locations in Delaware and Chester Counties and offers residents of both counties a quality education at a great price. The Philadelphia Business Journal ranks Delaware County Community College as having the second highest associate degree enrollment in the region. With more than 60 degree and 40 certificate programs, there’s a program for everyone. Students looking to move on to a bachelor’s degree program can also benefit from the College’s transfer agreements with more than 40 four-year schools.
