FAFSA Completion Nights Offered at Marple & Pennocks Bridge
(Delaware and Chester Counties, PA • September 23, 2016)—Delaware County Community College is hosting two FAFSA Completion Nights to help prospective students with financial aid—one in Delaware County and one in Chester County. Both sessions are free and open to parents, families and students planning on attending the College.
The first session will be offered Wednesday, October 19 from 6-8 p.m. in the STEM Center Auditorium on the Marple Campus (901 S. Media Line Road, Media, PA). The second session will be held Thursday, October 20 from 6-8 p.m. in Room B137 at the Pennocks Bridge Campus (280 Pennocks Bridge Road, West Grove, PA).
Staff will be on-hand to help students complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) and answer questions about recent changes to the FAFSA process, scholarships, Pell grants, PHEAA grants, Work-Study and student loans. Recent updates to the FAFSA process include the application being made available October 1 instead of January 1 and that applicants will use 2015 tax information for the 2017-18 academic year instead of 2016 tax returns.
Space is limited, so please register to attend at www.dccc.edu/fafsa-completion or call 610-723-4000.
