Theoretical Approach, Experience, and Temperament
Most Important: Be Fearless! I believe anyone can learn anything if they put their mind to it. Don't be afraid to make mistakes. Find the village that will support you, wherever they are. All boats rise with the tide. I like to think my teaching style is part Bob Marley, and part Elon Musk!
