Delaware County Community College is committed to assisting students with the resolution of issues and concerns in an effort to foster respect across the College and support retention. If you have an issue in a course (e.g., grade appeal and concern about an instructor) that you are unable to resolve, please complete this form with as much detail as possible. While we cannot guarantee a specific outcome, we can assist you in better navigating what can be a complex system. Use the academic division of the class, NOT your major.
