Career Alumni Mentoring Program
The Career Alumni mentoring Program is in constant need of alumni volunteers in the fall and spring semesters in order to fulfill demand from current students.
"We have to show interest in the next generation in order for our community and economy to keep growing.”
-Alan Shaw, ’77-Career Alumni Mentoring Program volunteer and Owner/Artisan at Shaw Pens
This program is designed to provide professional guidance from graduates of the College with the intent of benefiting current students. CAMP will feature job shadowing opportunities, career networking discussions and other opportunities as students look to make plans post-graduation during a half hour informational interview. This is a partnership between the Alumni and Student Employment Services offices at the Marple Campus and is available to any Delaware County Community College student in good academic standing.
Hear how current students are already benefiting from this program:
"This program offered me great insights and networking as when I am ready to advance in my career, I now have someone I can call on. I would highly recommend you to offer this to a lot of students. I felt it was a good value use of my time.”
-Kathelleen Parsons '14, Heath Care Management graduate
