Faculty
Delaware County Community College draws faculty from a variety of backgrounds to provide students with teaching of the highest caliber. Our more than 830 full-time and part-time faculty members are eager to share their knowledge and practical experience with our students. Each of the College’s faculty members holds a master’s degree or higher, and 12 have recently received Lindback Awards for Distinguished Teaching.
The College’s faculty are committed to serving the needs of a diverse group of students, and they approach teaching through student-centered instructional philosophies. Faculty use the latest technologies in their courses, maintain regular communication with students and disseminate ideas that lead to thought-provoking classroom discussions and assignments.
